The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has published the FACTS: KOREA Casebook (English edition, 2025), which compiles representative cases together with the corresponding verified information provided by the relevant institutions.

    We review the report and the attached materials for corrective action.
  • 05.Corrective Action
    We take actions to correct the error, including sending official letters.
  • 06.Result Notification
    We inform you of the progress and the results.
  • 07.Monitoring
    We monitor and track the error for up to 2 years.
